Do I own my site?
Yes. You own your website content, design and domain once paid in full. Third-party software, fonts and stock assets remain subject to their licenses.
Is there a contract?
Standard monthly plans are month-to-month with 30 days’ notice to cancel. Website builds are separate one-time purchases, paid upfront before work begins. Monthly services do not include a new website build.
What do I need to provide?
Your business details, services, service area, hours, logo, photos and approved content. Include license details when relevant and only reviews or media you have permission to use. Never send passwords through a form.
How long does it take?
Launch One typically takes 3–5 business days after we receive your content. Larger websites typically take 1–3 weeks. Missing materials, custom work and review timing can extend the schedule.
What is the difference between Website Care and Growth System?
Website Care maintains the website. Growth System includes Care plus local SEO, eligible Google Business Profile management, listings, review requests, call/form tracking and a monthly report.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No. Search engines and ad platforms control placement, and results vary with competition, budget, market and the business itself. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads or revenue.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Contact us to agree on the new scope and effective billing date. Changing or canceling a monthly plan does not refund the separately purchased website build. We avoid charging twice for overlapping services such as review requests.
Do you work outside Connecticut?
Yes. Premier One Digital is an online-only agency serving contractors and home-service businesses nationwide. We do not have a customer-facing office.
What happens after Launch One’s first year?
Choose Website Care for $49.99/mo + tax to keep hosting with us, or take your website and domain to another provider. We coordinate the handover before the included period ends.
What does the satisfaction guarantee cover?
If you are unhappy in your first 30 days on a monthly plan, request cancellation and a refund of that month’s plan fee. One-time build/setup fees, ad spend and third-party charges are excluded. Canceling a monthly plan does not refund your separately purchased website build.
