Provider and payment
Premier One Digital LLC provides the services described in your order and agreed written scope. Payments are processed through the LANDMAXX CORP Stripe merchant account; your card statement may identify LANDMAXX CORP.
Prices and subscriptions
Prices are in US dollars, plus applicable tax shown before payment. Website checkout collects the selected one-time project total. Monthly hosting requires express recurring authorization. SEO, advertising and other subscriptions require their own agreement; buying a website does not enroll you in those services.
Client materials and additional costs
You are responsible for accurate business information and permission to use supplied text, logos, photographs and other materials. Additional work and third-party costs require approval before purchase or additional charges. Provider subscriptions and advertising spend are separate from our fees.
Search and marketing results
Search rankings, traffic, leads and revenue are not guaranteed. Search platforms, competition and market conditions affect results.
