30-day satisfaction guarantee
If you’re not happy in your first 30 days on a monthly plan, contact digital@premier1digital.com to cancel and we refund that month’s plan fee. No long-term contracts on standard monthly plans.
Your website build is separate
Website builds are paid upfront before work begins. Canceling a monthly service does not refund the separately purchased website build. You keep your paid-in-full website.
24-month monthly rate lock
Your agreed monthly rate will not increase for 24 months for the same scope. Added services, taxes, ad spend and separate third-party charges are outside the rate lock.
What is not included?
The monthly guarantee does not refund one-time website builds, setup fees, advertising spend or third-party charges. It is a satisfaction promise, not a guarantee of rankings, traffic, leads or revenue.
After the first 30 days, standard cancellation requires 30 days’ notice. Read the full Service Agreement.
