Included period and recurring billing
Every website package includes 30 days of standard hosting beginning at confirmed website launch. The first monthly charge is due 30 days after that launch, followed by monthly renewals until canceled. Time spent building the website does not start the included period. The calendar date is provided after launch is recorded.
Basic Hosting
$24.99/month plus applicable tax. Includes hosting, SSL, basic uptime monitoring and backups.
Website Care
$49.99/month plus applicable tax. Includes hosting and the Basic Hosting features, plus security monitoring, software/platform maintenance, performance monitoring, minor edits and priority over hosting-only support. Care replaces the Basic Hosting charge; the two fees are not combined. Care services begin with the paid Care period.
Care edit allowance
Up to 30 minutes per paid month, with no rollover, for customer-supplied text, image, contact-detail and link changes on existing pages. New pages, redesign, new features, original copy, advanced integrations and marketing campaigns require a separate approved quote.
Recurring consent
The monthly amount, 30-days-after-launch billing rule and cancellation terms are presented for express consent before payment. There are no prechecked recurring-consent choices. No uninterrupted-service, security, ranking or recovery guarantee is made.
Cancellation and service end
Before hosting is activated, use Cancel pending hosting authorization on your order confirmation page or email digital@premier1digital.com. After activation, cancel through billing management or email before the next renewal. The receipt time of an email request determines whether it arrived before renewal. If billing access is unavailable, use email.
Cancellation before launch
Cancel pending hosting authorization without a hosting charge. Website-project cancellation follows the Refund / Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation during the included 30 days
Cancellation stops the first renewal; hosting continues through the included period unless you request earlier closure.
Cancellation during a paid month
Cancellation stops the next renewal; hosting continues through the paid period unless you request earlier closure. There is no automatic prorated credit for unused days and no hosting-cancellation fee.
Confirmation and separate services
We confirm the effective service-end date and any handover needs. Ending hosting does not automatically cancel separately purchased SEO, advertising, domains or provider subscriptions. Those services follow their separately agreed terms.
